Need a web site so you can join the world of the Internet?

A web site might be desired for a business or professional service that you offer, or you might like a family site to post photos, announcements, and news for friends during the year.

Some people might like to present themselves, with biographic information,
photos, or even a "blog" where you write on a regular basis.

I can create a web site for you, register your own domain name (like "jimsplace.com" or "riverviewcemetery.org"), and even provide a space for your web page to operate from.

You do not need any knowledge of web pages or even the Internet... just tell me what you need, and together we can work on achieving what you want.

I particularly enjoy creating original graphics, and with a background as an English teacher, hopefully you will see fewer errors in spelling and grammar than on some sites!

Basic cost for a site is as follows:

Domain Registration: $15 per year (it renews); additional for a ".ca" domain name.

Work on your web page: Either the initial creation, or any changes you want in the site from time to time at $25/hr.

Web Space rental: $10/month for basic site (additional cost will be incurred for special site options like blogs, discussion forums, etc., and much higher than normal web site traffic will generate additional fees, but this is rare unless your site "goes viral".)

Depending on the needs of the site, a relatively simple site might take a few hours of setup, the domain registration, and then only the monthly rental fee to keep it going through the year.
